The moment I saw this Chocolate Wasted Cake I knew that I had to make it. To me there is nothing like a crunchy oatmeal raisin cookies cake-it is heaven. All others are simply cakes and nothing more. I was not too happy with my first try but my nieces and nephews happily obliged, it was gone in minutes. I made another and it came out perfect so I cut half and stowed it into the back of my fridge and shared the other with my 'wasted buddies'.
